Cox Target Media, Inc., a leading digital and direct marketing company, helps companies of all sizes connect with consumers to drive business results through its Valpak and businesses.

Sure – we have scale. Valpak connects with 40 million households through our blue envelopes and millions more on and mobile apps. More than 5 million consumers visit each month for coupon codes and deals, and millions more have signed up for email savings.

But it’s not just about scale, it’s about targeting. Blanketing consumers with bulk offers doesn’t work anymore. Cox Target Media, provides a new approach. A more impactful, efficient solution that targets consumers who are looking for the best values.

Chandra Hira

Graphic Designer

Besides being a professional designer and art director for 18 years, Hira is the co-chair of the website committee and is on the arts and culture committee of the Bay Ridge Community Council.

“One of my big goals is to promote art in this neighborhood and put Bay Ridge on the map as a place of arts and culture. I would like to see more people in the neighborhood get involved in non-profits,” Hira explained.

She added that the increasing popularity of computer and video games keeps people from going outdoors. “You can volunteer to meet new people, but now you can meet people without leaving your couch. I just want people to get involved,” she said.

bay ridge eagle

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle is published five days a week as a morning newspaper. We are the only daily in New York City devoted exclusively to Brooklyn.

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle was originally founded in 1841 and published continuously until 1955 when the original Eagle folded. The Brooklyn Daily Bulletin, a successor to the Eagle, began publishing that same year, and published continuously until 1996, when it merged with the revived Daily Eagle. Today, the combined Brooklyn Daily Eagle and Brooklyn Daily Bulletin can boast continuous publication since 1841.

Its coverage has grown to include the Bay Ridge section in western Brooklyn, where a weekly version of the paper, “The Bay Ridge Eagle”, is published.
